This video shows an innovative way of how to make things that people typically avoid fun. We all know that taking the stairs is usually isn't our first option when there is an escalator or elevator around. There is an experiment taking plane in this video. People thought if they made taking the stairs more fun, people would take the stairs more often. I can relate this theory to getting in shape. I find if I do more fun activities the workouts are easier to get through. Instead of sprinting alone, I bring a running partner or music along to make the workout go by faster.
